Several adults were injured in a Miller County crash of Route Z south of Route y on May 3, 2026.
A 71-year-old Eldon woman driving a 2015 Nissan Altima turned left into the path of a Subaru Outback, driven by a 36-year-old Eldon woman, when attempting to turn left into a private driveway.
Both drivers, as well as the 16-year-old male occupant of the Subaru were all taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital with minor to moderate injuries. Both vehicles sustained extensive damage.
Trying to make a left turn can quickly lead to a collision if timing, visibility, or right-of-way is misjudged, often resulting in serious injuries and significant damage. These accidents are common at intersections and can leave drivers facing unexpected medical bills, lost time at work, and disputes over who was at fault. Even when the situation seems clear, insurance companies may still try to reduce what they pay or shift responsibility. Having a personal injury attorney can help ensure your claim is handled fairly and that you’re not left dealing with the aftermath on your own. If you’ve been injured in a left-turn accident, don’t take on the process alone—contact Daniel Finder at Finder Law, LLC today to discuss your case and get the support you need.
