According to the Highway Patrol, a crash occurred in Callaway County on April 25, 2026.
A 67-year-old man from Fulton, driving a 2019 GMC Sierra traveled across the center of Route HH, South of County Road 203 and struck a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 66-year-old female from Fulton head on.
Both vehicles sustained moderate damage. The driver of the GMS refused medical treatment at the scene, but the female was taken by ambulance to University Hospital with serious injuries.
